House of Fraser’s customer payment terminals needed updating to maintain PCI DSS Accreditation. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) is a mandatory compliance standard for all payment service providers. The PCI DSS standard is endorsed by American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB, MasterCard Worldwide, and Visa International.

The PCI DSS standard enforces high levels of security in all areas where cardholder data is transmitted or stored. Robust protections such as formalised policies and procedures, intrusion prevention and response, encryption and security aware development methodologies all contribute to a secure choice for customer payment processing requirements.

Plustek’s NVR Slim240 is one of the world’s slimmest and lightest video surveillance devices (152 x 125 x 45 mm / 785 g), yet it contains all the features you’d expect to find on a regular-size NVR (network video recorder).
